THE BB Architects
The BB Architects, stands for Bohemian Beatniks. The ethos they work by is a rule of unconventional behaviour and thought process (Bohemian). This flows into their fashion and art; being free, spiritually seeking (Beatnik) and unashamedly adventurous with no limits.
They are a tribe of singers and musicians that create experimental hip hop. Giovanna Jayne Daniels (on the left) fronts with soulful vocals and writing, Shy Eddison writes and sings backing. It's a calling for self-expression and we do it to be the voice of the 21st century (2.0) Bohemian Beatnik Rebel Generation.
The new BB Architects' music fused a range of elements of inspiring and dance music such as soul, folk, funk, jungle, reggae, ska and Dubstep. Spring 2011 there will be teaser of the new sound coming from the lab for all the tribe members on their site.
Shy and Giovanna (GiGi) have been writing and working for about 2 years now. From bedroom days to stage daze. Their voices really do show hard work!
I have had the pleasure to listen to Giovanna Jayne Daniels sing and it is a real pleasure so watch the video below and hear for yourself. Stay in touch with them because In 5 years they aim to be touring worldwide, making audience’s love life and have a couple releases under their belt! Check The BB Architects out on: www.thebbarchitects.com
The BB Architects' believe that people should nurture what God has given them for the benefit of others and work on doing what you are happiest doing.
ENJOY!!

Natalie May
Natalie is her first name; she was born in the month of May so she is NATALIE MAY! A young UK singer who aims to be a global artist with her own clothing line. The aim of her work is to inspire and motivate young people. Actually all people. ‘‘But I feel young people will really relate to me because I understand their grind! I've made a lot of silly and naive mistakes along the way. We all do it. I think it’s part of growing up. But I do feel young people need more guidance in understanding how to reach their full potential''
I first saw Natalie performing at an outdoor concert in the summer of 2008 in Croydon (London). She captured my full attention because she completely stood out from the rest of the performers. I could see the passion and energy that she had for singing and performing through all of her expressions. Her outfit was MEGA! She is definitely a huge fan of fashion. ‘‘Music and fashion go hand in hand. I spend ages trying to pick out my outfits for my performances’’ However Natalie does look back at some of her chosen outfits and thinks "Why the hell did you wear that! I bet you thought that was a bloody good idea!" lol Not to worry we are all guilty of killing fashion at times lol.
Natalie does a lot of club tracks which she loves performing in clubs to a '’crazy’’ audience. Her club banger sexy sexy has 123,876 views on YouTube. Seeing this video being played on MTV Base on Christmas day is one of Natalie’s career highlights. ‘‘It was really special because I wasn't expecting it and all my family were around. We all started screaming and dancing around the room! I know....a bunch of loser’s right? We did have a bit to drink by this time though!’’ Loser’s? Noooo because life in heels believes that success should always be celebrated with the people that care about you the most!
Apart from Music and Fashion Natalie and her friends have set up a charity called The MAD Experience where they visit schools to speak and offer advice to year 10 &11 girls about creative careers such as Music, Journalism, Art and Design, Dance, Modelling and fashion. This charity is very important to Natalie as she too was a young girl interested in a creative career but had little help or advice. ‘‘So to give these young girls some advice would really be beneficial for them’’
Speaking of advice here is Natalie’s advice to you: Don't let anyone write you off or determine your future for you. Always believe in yourself. It all begins in you. Remember nothing happens overnight. It's all about progression and determination. It will make you a stronger person in the long run. A positive attitude is the best place to start. It makes ALL the difference I promise ya! x

VOLUNTARY SLAVERY......by Dymund
VOLUNTARY SLAVERY-A LOT OF YOU ARE SLAVES ,YOU JUST REFUSE TO ADMIT IT.
Working from the age of 14, I felt lost frustrated and scared when I finally decided to quit my last job at 22. I had been holding down 3 jobs before I got this permanent position at a supermarket ,30hrs – tax = £800 a month, I thought I was set until 2months into the job I became physically and emotionally drained it was the worst company I had worked for and I did not have any other job to fall back on. Then I quit.
6 years retail experience, 8 GCSE’s, 3 A levels, A Diploma and a pending degree I was confident I was not thick, 2 registered and upcoming businesses and plenty of ideas I definitely had ambition and I aint shy so why had it taken me so long to realise that the strong qualities and interpersonal skills that made companies such as John Lewis employ me were the same skills I could use to work for myself? FEAR.
SCARED of not having a guaranteed paycheck at the end of the month.
SCARED of not having future references.
SCARED of failing.
SCARED of being rejected.
I put all that aside because I think fear is healthy, it should be a driving force just like a catalyst to your success not a hinderance in your life. Fear is being scared of the unknown, we’re human so what we don’t understand or know or are sure of will make us take a step back. Don’t let it! I knew that if I let fear get in my way I was going to be one of those supervisors at a supermarket at the induction like ‘Hi everybody my name is Dymund and I have been with the company for 25 years, I met my husband here and my two sons work here too’ *looks down in shame* I definitely did NOT want that, the path I’ve chosen is to be my own boss, same way I was working my butt off for someone else I am going to do for myself!
I have no doubt I have started building an empire, I’ve taken all the tools they showed me and I’ve studied their weaknesses, now I’m going to build my brand. Rome was not built in one day so I know it ain’t going to be easy but I know its going to be worth it! Induction day at my companies will begin with a video from me saying ‘Hi everybody, AS YOU ALREADY KNOW my name is Dymund and I built this multi-million pound business 20 years ago when I realised I was worth more than a £800 a month salary’.
You’re the Son or Daughter of a King, you were not born to slavery neither should you succumb or die to it, you have your job because someone saw potential in you! They saw the greatness in you and knew you would be an important asset to their company, now take that and run with it! Do not get me wrong, if you’re a lazy ass mofo then don’t use my words as ‘inspiration’ to quit the only thing keeping you in line. I’m talking to hardworking, motivated people. You may not feel any of this applies to you but that is cool too because many are called BUT only few are chosen. SO are you 1 of the MANY or 1 of the FEW?
